Thursday, May 22, 2008: I am so glad that David Cook won the American Idol contest last night! He’s a really great rocker and seems to be a really nice guy. As for David Archuleta, he’ll do very well, too. David A. is the kid with the big voice.

May 1, 2008May 1, 2008: Brooke White’s elimination last night on American Idol did not seem to be a surprise to her. She showed both vulnerability and grace as she thanked the audience for the last time. I cried when she cried. Brooke White not only is a very good singer, she’s also a genuinely nice person.

April 24, 2008Thursday, April 24, 2008: It was a shock and a surprise to see Carly Smithson get eliminated from American Idol last night. I feel that she has a truly great voice and she is a very honest person, too. If I knew her, I would tell her how right she is to say that the road to success in the arts is very thorny. I don’t believe that she is pulling out the victim card with this comment. It is the plain truth and more people should acknowledge this fact.
